HOST ORGANIZATION
Sports commissions, convention and visitors bureaus, chamber of commerce, park and recreation departments, venues and any other organization who bid on and host sporting events.
Registration includes all conference functions except where indicated "*additional fees apply". For NASC Active category members, first attendee registration also includes one-on-one appointments with NASC Sports Marketplace exhibitors. To receive multi-attendee discounts all attendees must represent the same organization and will not receive individual Marketplace appointment schedules.

EVENT OWNER
Youth, multi-sport, national governing bodies, grassroots programs and any other organizations that own events that are bid out and/or awarded.
We are pleased to offer NASC Rights Holder category members complimentary conference registrations (terms and conditions apply*). Registration includes all conference functions except where indicated "*additional fees apply". Non-members wishing to attend must submit a membership application and annual dues payment ($100) at the same time of registration (view membership application). Registration also includes all education sessions and hospitality functions.
*TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- NASC membership dues and registration must be received no later than 1/31/12.
- Event owner agrees to participate in all functions taking place in the NASC Sports Marketplace including pre-qualified appointment sessions, mandatory exhibitor meeting, private function with exhibitor and sponsors, and Networking Reception. View conference schedule
- Accommodations and travel expenses are the responsibility of attendee.
- Registration must be received no later than 2/29/12.
SUPPLIER
Hotels, sports publications, insurance companies, consulting and research firms, housing services and any other company that supplies products and services to the sports event industry.
We have a number of different ways industry suppliers can get involved at the annual Symposium. Options are dependent on whether or not your organization becomes a member. Registrations includes all conference functions except where indicated "*additional fees apply".

Standard booth package includes one-on-one appointments with host organizations. Silver booth package includes two (2) one-on-one appointment schedules - one with host organizations and one with event owners, pre-conference attendee list, expanded 75 word description and logo in conference program.

GUESTS
Registered attendees interested in having their spouse, friend or significant other join them for conference meal functions and receptions can register that person as a guest for $525. VOLUNTEERS
Those currently unemployed or a full-time college student may be eligible to earn a complimentary registration in exchange for committing to a minimum number of on-site volunteer hours. Cancelation Policy
No refunds given after February 29, 2012, however registration fees can be transferred to another attendee or to the 2013 NASC Sports Event Symposium.
